Sandy Richardson
Sandy Richardson, B.Sc., M.Ed.

years of progressive business performance
management employment in the healthcare,
insurance, and mining industries, and
extensive experience providing consulting
services in both the public and private

Wendy Sue Lyttle
Wendy Sue Lyttle, CSP, CAE has

over 16 years. She is a strategist bringing

partner relationships, and board governance.
Wendy has earned solid credentials in key
roles with the Canadian Professional Sales
Association, the Canadian Society of
Association Executives as well in the
consulting field with such clients as
Ontario Society of Professional Engineers
and Ontario Dental Association. Wendy is

programs and holds two designations,

Lynn Beauregard
Lynn Beauregard is a Partner
in The Association Management Company
and has been President and owner of T•O
Corporate Services, a long standing Toronto
based Association Management firm, since
2002.
Lynn’s expertise with non-profit,
professional organizations spans industry
sectors. She represent the interest of their
professional memberships through advocacy,
publications, events and other membership
services unique to their own industry
interests and issues.

to The Association Management
Company
- Provides general administration and
Executive Director duties for association
clients as required
- Directs the administrative and
operation needs for client organizations
- Oversees the operations of the Toronto
association management office
Previously, Lynn had spent 8 years with
the Institute for International Research (IIR)
where she occupied various roles in her
career with the operation, including the
Head of Training for Canada, Toronto
Division Manager, Conference Director with
their Paris office, and Editor-In-Chief.
Lynn Beauregard was the founder of their new
division, which launched its first courses
(in French and English) on the market in Q4
of 2000.
Prior to joining IIR, Lynn started her
career with Maclean’s Magazine, where she
spent 5 years and became the Editorial
Administrator in charge of Production. As
part of her accomplishment at Maclean’s,
Lynn helped launch the first Canadian
university ranking issues, she managed the
editorial budget, oversaw special events,
managed the foreign correspondent and
national bureau affairs and oversaw the
editorial production activities.
Lynn holds a university degree in Business
Administration and Psychology. French is her
mother tongue and she also speaks Spanish.
